1st AAPBn Personnel Dies On Election Duty In Bihar, Heatstroke Suspected
BIHAR/ITANAGAR I May I 30 :
N. Dajusow, a Jawan from the 1st AAPBn, tragically died while performing election duty in Bihar.
It is suspected that he succumbed to a heat stroke due to the scorching weather conditions in the area, with temperatures reportedly reaching 47 degrees Celsius.
Authorities are working to transport Dajusow’s body back to Arunachal Pradesh by air. However, exact details surrounding his death are still awaited.
Four other jawans have been hospitalized due to illness caused by the extreme weather. Their health is being monitored closely, and medical teams are providing them with necessary care.
Several Jawans from the APBN are currently deployed for election duty in Haryana, Punjab, and Bihar.
